Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for certain large items
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for alternatives)
  • Regions with shipping restrictions

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • These fees are determined by your country's customs office
  • Amantraa is not responsible for customs delays or fees

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Double-check spelling of street names and city
  • Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
  • Provide a working phone number for delivery coordination

We cannot modify the address once the order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  1. Contact us immediately at sales@amantraa.com
  2. Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
  3. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly

For lost packages, we'll initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues

If you're not available when delivery is attempted:

  • The carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
  • Packages may be held at the local courier facility
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
